Welcome to Sky Prism Aero. By accessing or using our website (www.skyprismaero.ae) or engaging our drone services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Company Information

Sky Prism Aero Airplanes LLC (OPC) is a UAE-registered company headquartered in Ras Al Khaimah, providing licensed aerial drone services, including but not limited to:

  • Aerial photography and videography
  • Surveying and mapping
  • FPV (First-Person View) content capture
  • Commercial inspections

All operations are subject to applicable UAE laws and aviation regulations, particularly those governed by:

  • General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA)
  • RAK DED and local emirate-level airspace authorities
  • Additional regulatory bodies as relevant to the operation site

2. Legal Compliance and Operational Boundaries

All drone flights performed by Sky Prism Aero are conducted under full legal compliance with:

  • Valid RPAS Commercial Operator Authorizations
  • Required permits and No-Objection Certificates (NOCs)
  • Adherence to Remote ID, flight ceilings, and no-fly zones

While we aim to fulfill client requests to the best of our ability, not all locations are legally or practically flyable due to:

  • Controlled and restricted airspace
  • Proximity to airports, military zones, or heliports
  • Critical infrastructure (e.g., power plants, government buildings)
  • Temporary Flight Restrictions (TFRs) or weather constraints
  • Environmental protection zones or wildlife areas

Note: Submission of a service request does not guarantee flight approval or operational feasibility. Site-specific evaluations and government permissions may be required before any operation can proceed.

3. Booking and Scheduling

Clients are encouraged to submit requests well in advance to allow for:

  • Location assessment and feasibility checks
  • Permit application and processing (if applicable)
  • Scheduling based on regulatory approval timelines

We reserve the right to decline or reschedule services due to regulatory constraints, safety concerns, or lack of appropriate permissions.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging our services agree to:

  • Provide accurate site and project information
  • Allow sufficient lead time for compliance processes
  • Not request or pressure pilots to violate regulations or fly in restricted zones

Any attempt to bypass regulatory procedures will result in immediate cancellation of services without refund or liability.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • All visual content (photos, videos, maps) remains the property of Sky Prism Aero until full payment is received.
  • After payment, clients receive usage rights for agreed commercial or editorial purposes.
  • Redistribution, resale, or modification of materials must comply with licensing terms.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds or rescheduling may be issued in cases of:

  • Airspace denial or flight ban from authorities
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Equipment failure or safety issues

However, non-refundable fees may apply for:

  • Permit application costs
  • Third-party fees already paid
  • Short-notice cancellations (<48 hours before flight)

7. Limitation of Liability

Sky Prism Aero is not liable for:

  • Permit denials or delays beyond our control
  • Changes to regulatory environments
  • Flight cancellations due to weather or airspace enforcement
  • Incidental damages arising from project delays

We operate with full risk assessments, insurance (if required), and professional pilot oversight—but by engaging our services, you agree that all operations are subject to final safety and legal clearance.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be reflected on this page with the date of revision. Continued use of our website or services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
